These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("FindClinica"), which is designed to record patient data for medical professionals. By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

As a user of our App, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your mobile device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

We take the security of your data very seriously. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
